SHIPPING INFORMATION

RATES & POLICIES

BLIZ.com offers Responsible Free Shipping on all orders within your country. Orders are usually delivered within 6 business days. Please note we do not ship to Guernsey or Jersey.

All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft or damage.

We do not ship orders made on this website to addresses outside your country; however, we operate in many Countries through local versions of the online store. To check whether shipment to a foreign Country is available, select the Country of destination from the link provided on the website.

From Bliz.com websites we do not ship to the territories of Andorra, Aruba, Fær Øer Islands, Gibraltar and Lichtenstein, although they belong to European customs and administrative areas. Shipments to the Principality of Monaco are offered through the French website.

Shipments to P.O. mailboxes are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.


SHIPPING POLICIES

Responsible shipping is fulfilled by logistics providers using solutions to reduce emissions. Delivery may take up to 6 business days.

This shipping option consists of either:

  1. Full ground service: shipments served via truck. Transportation emissions are reduced by exclusively using ground transportation instead of other available shipping modes with higher emissions. Not applicable to destinations that do not have such other shipping modes; other exclusions may apply.
  2. Emission compensation program (if provided by selected transportation carriers): providers calculate carbon emissions from pickup to delivery; the carbon emissions are then offset through climate protection projects including reforestation, renewable energy, waste disposal, wind power and others, supported by the logistics providers. The carbon neutral service is verified by a certified auditing company (i.e. Société Générale de Surveillance).

UPS (itself or in partnership with USPS)
DHL (itself or in partnership with USPS)

DELIVERY TRACKING

We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

You can track the delivery status of your order at any time through your My Account page on BLIZ.com.


DELIVERY

Remember to check the condition of your ordered goods when delivered. You can always refuse it or partially reject the delivery if you have any concerns.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

When shopping at BLIZ.com you can always change your mind.

You can decide to withdraw from the contract and to return any product purchased on BLIZ.com for any reason within 30 days from the receipt of the shipment. Please note that customized items may not be returned in case you change your mind!

After reviewing the product to ensure it has not been damaged and is complete, Luxottica will refund you for the full amount of your order. You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s).

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an BLIZ product you bought in the last 30 days from BLIZ.com, please Contact us here.

Our customer care team will initiate a Return authorization on your behalf.

Once we receive your product, we will provide you with full credit within 14 days.

Proof of purchase is needed for a return.

Product should be returned with the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that was included with the product.

Any direct costs that we have to incur in relation to the return and repair of the item(s) for which you exercised your withdrawal rights (if applicable) will be your responsibility. If this happens, we will notify you of these as soon as possible.


LIMITATIONS

We only accept returns on items purchased from BLIZ.com. Items purchased from Authorized BLIZ retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.

All refunds will occur using the original payment method.


RETURN PROCESS FOR WEB ORDERS

The BLIZ.com return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying BLIZ Sunglasses in its original condition with original packaging in new and sellable condition (sellable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items). Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. At this time, we do not allow exchanges, however you can return and re-purchase the item.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, when exclusions apply.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service by visiting the Contact Us page to submit your return request.
  2. Once received, print out the pre-paid return label and attach to the box.
  3. Once your label is attached and the package is secured:
    USE A UPS DROP OFF POINT: take your return package to one of the UPS Drop Off Points in your country. Please visit UPS website where they will take care of everything for you.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.
  5. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account.
  6. You will be able to track your return on www.ups.com.
